My sweet Brynley Sage! My how you are growing so fast. You are learning so much! I can't believe how you have grown in the last month. You are becoming quite a Daddy's Girl! Whenever you see him you go crazy! You smile and laugh! You love to lay in the bed and watch TV with him! You have been very, very sick for the last week. We took you in to see Dr. Farr a few days early because you were sick. He went ahead and gave you your 4 month shots which made things worse. You ran a temp of 102. You had a sore throat and you were hoarse. Lolly stayed off work one day to take care of you. You ate cereal for the first time also! The dr. said you probably wouldn't like it but boy was he wrong! You could not get to it fast enough! You are starting to get a little personality and I just love it! When you wake up in the mornings you have a big smile on your face! We had to give you a tad bit of juice because you wouldn't eat whiel you were sick. You seemed to like it, but hopefully you will not be getting anymore for a long time!

You weigh 14 lbs 8oz and are 25 inches long.

You eat 6 oz of formula.

You can roll over.

You love your jumper !

You still wear size 3 month clothes. Most of your Christmas Clothes are size 6 months so you are wearing them big!

You still love Elmo. I bought a Christmas bag with Elmo on it and you can't take your eyes off of it.

You are a very happy baby!

Sagey's First Thanksgiving

We are so excited that tomorrow will be Sagey's first Thanksgiving. I remember last Thanksgiving we were all sitting around talking and the question of when I was going to have a baby came up. Robyn and I planned to try in January, but little did we know I was already pregnant! This year I have thought about what I am thankful for a lot. I am so thankful for my baby girl who I love more than I could ever imagine. I am thankful that God gave me the opportunity to carry a child and that I was able to experience a wonderful pregnancy! I am thankful for my husband who helps me so much. He has been sick and I really did not realize how much he actually does until he couldn't help me . I am thankful for a mother and grandmother who love Sagey and help us out with her so much. I just hope Sagey has the same bond with me and my mom that I have with my mom and grandmother. I am also thankful for my father who was there by me throughout labor----not delivery..lol ... He has so much love for this little girl! I am thankful that I have a wonderful job, work with people who I get along with great, and that I look forward to going to work each day to be with my precious 1st graders who make my day by telling me how they love Brynley! I am very thankful that I am able to see the world through what I call "Mommy Eyes." Once this precious baby was born everything in the world started looking different to me!

Last Saturday we had Brynley's 3 month pictures made, and our picture for our Christmas card. They turned out great. While Brynley was posing, she fell over in a flower and scratched her little face, but she was a real trooper!
