Oliver's Labels Review

Oliver's Labels are made from high -performance, waterproof, and scuff-proof materials. These labels can be used in the dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and outdoors. The clothing labels can even be washed in the washing machine and dried, how great is that? These are the perfect label to make sure that your child's belongings make it home safely from daycare, school, Grandma's, shopping, or anywhere you may go! The labels are super cute and one of the best things is they have a Found-It tracking system! A special number can be added to labels. If an item is lost the person who finds it can go online, type in the unique code, and find the owner!
I recieved a trial pack of Oliver's Labels and I am so excited! These are the perfect labels for any mommy! I love that I can put labels on the clothes that Sagey wears to daycare, especially since sometimes her clothes are lost there! With these super cute labels we can make sure all of her belongings make it back home each time she goes!
The mini labels are wonderful for pencils, pens, and baby spoons. As a first grade teacher I have problems with students losing pencils a lot. These labels are great for parents to put on school supplies!
I am very pleased with Oliver's Labels. I would recommend this product to any parent who is trying so hard not to lose their child's belongings. Check out Oliver's Labels, you will be glad you did!

5 Months

You are already 5 months old. I still can't believe it. You are at the incredibly fun stage right now. Mommy hates leaving to go to work because I am afraid I will miss something. Everyday you learn something new! You have had your First Christmas, which was white! On Christmas Day you ate your first baby food, sweet potatoes. We were snowed in from a snow storm for 5 days. Here are some things you do:

You eat 6 oz. of formula. You don't always finish it now since you like to eat big girl food!

You love carrots! You have tried green beans, peas, carrots, squash, apples, bananas, rice, and oatmeal. You hate apples. You spit them out. I started putting them in your rice and you quit eating it.

You have 2 teeth!

You can roll from your back to your belly now. As soon as I lay you down you roll over!

You made your first T.V. appearance! Your snow picture was on ABC 33/40!

You were snowed in for 5 days.

You are wearing between between size 3-6 month close.

We can tell you are going to be very tall, you are getting so long.

We are so blessed to have you! Daddy and I do not know what we did before you. You make us so happy! We are so thankful to have you!

CSN Stores Review

CSN Stores are the absolute best place to shop! I can't even count the number of times over the holidays that someone asked me where I purchased an item and I happily said, "CSN." Many of my friends had never heard of CSN but they quickly became addicted like me! We are already looking at swingsets for Sagey, even though she is still small. I was shocked to find out that CSN has a store just for that! They have a HUGE selection of swingsets and they are all priced wonderfully! Most swingsets ship for free, and I was surprised to find that each week they have a deal of the week! The best thing I found is that a lot of the products ship within 48 hrs! Now that is worth not getting out of the house ! Head on over and checkout the swingsets and play equipment at CSN, you will be happy you did, and your kids will too!

Thursday's Thirteen

1. We have been snowed in for 5 days and we are going crazy.

2. No school for 4 days means Mommy and Sagey time! We are LOVING it!

3. I feel like Sagey has grown so much this week! She is becoming a big girl way to fast!

4. Last night Robyn was holding her and she yelled "MOMMA." We were both amazed!

5. This week Sagey has started rolling from her back to her belly!

6. Carrots= one happy Sagey Baby!

7.Brynley Sage was chosen as one of James Spann's favorite snow pictures. Out of over 4000 pictures she was chosen and shown on the 10 o'clock news!

8. This week we have taken lots of naps together. This is funny because Daddy says you never nap during the day.

9. Robyn and I had our first snow ball fight. We have been together 8 years and this is the first time we have ever had enough snow.

10. We have eaten more at our house this week than we have in 5 years.

11. I am super tired of snow. I am ready for summer!

12. Making up school days in June will not be very much fun, but it sure is nice to be out now!

Most Embarrasing Time as a Mommy Yet

My most embarrasing time as a mommy (yet) came a few days before Christmas. Since I had Sagey I am always in a hurry, and I spend more time getting her ready than I do myself. This particular day I really got myself dressed but in a hurry. I actually felt like I was looking cute! Mom, Granny, and I went for a dr. appt and went Christmas shopping. Of course we saw everyone we knew. I talked to people, made small talk, etc. No one ever mentioned that something strange was going on with me.
To end our day we went to lunch at Applebees. I ran into a girl I hadn't seen in a while who I used to work with. We talked for quite a long time. On the way home we stopped by McDonalds for Hot Chocolate! I reached up to adjust my earrings and something felt strange. I took them both out. I was horrified. All day long I had been wearing a green ball earring that was short, and a long dangle, silver, peace sign earring with my hair pulled back. As many people as I had been with and seen no one had the nerve to tell me that I was wearing 2 different earrings.

New Years Resolutions 2011

This year I have two big resolutions. I know everyone makes this first resolution every year, but this year it so important for me. While I was pregnant I gained quite a bit of weight. I was the mommy who wanted to make sure baby had enough food! So this year I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. It is going to be very difficult for me because I just LOVE eating. However, the school I teach at is competing with other schools in our district in a Biggest Loser contest. With the support of my co-workers and family I know I can obtain this goal!

My other resolution is to do a few things each day to keep our house in order. Since Sagey was born it has been extremely difficult to keep things in order like they were before. I am always so busy with work and her that I rarely take time to keep things organized. My husband is very organized and I want to help him keep the house like he loves it! Laundry also gets the best of me. It piles up so much quicker now. If I can keep caught up on just the laundry I will have fulfilled my goal!

The Blizzard of 2011

I live in the south and it never snows. We may get a dusting a couple of times each year, but usually nothing more than that. Well, not this year. It is Wednesday and we have been snowed in since Sunday. Roads are closed, schools, businesses, stores.

Sunday night we were predicted to get around 4 inches of snow. Well boy did we get that, and more. We have a total of 6 inches of snow. The snow fell quickly, it looked so pretty as it fell.

We decided to take Brynley Sage outside to look at the snow for a few minutes Monday morning thinking it would be melted quickly. We made tons of pictures of her! Robyn pulled her around in her wagon and she loved looking at the beautiful snow! I came in and submitted the pictures to a few local TV stations! Sagey's picture was selected as one of over 4000 submitted by a local weatherman to be featured as one of his favorite snow pictures. The title of her award was- Youngest Person to Enjoy the Snow.

As of right now it is snowing AGAIN, and none of our snow has melted. I loved being snowed in the first few days, but now this is getting old.
