37 Weeks

We went for our weekly appointment yesterday. My cervix is still closed completely, and Dr. said I could possibly go over my due date. I love being pregnant, but I don't think I can wait an extra 2 weeks to meet my baby girl. Her heartbeat was still at 175. I think this is a sign that she is already like her Daddy. He has more energy than anyone I have ever met in my life.

I have been thinking a lot about labor. I have prayed since the beginning that God will ease my fear, and when I go into labor that he will keep me calm. I already feel that way. I am really thinking about having no one in the room except Robyn and Mom in the room while I am going through the labor process. I really don't see the need to have people in the room while I am in pain, or after the epidural, when I am resting. I don't know how people will take this, but I think that it will take some stress off of me.

Lamp

After I posted yesterday, Momma, Granny, and I had a little impromptu trip to town. We decided to make a quick stop by TJ MAXX and I am so happy we did. I walked in and I spotted it! The lamp that was like I had invisioned but had never seen! I walk over to look at it and it has a C monogrammed on it, which is perfect since our last name starts with a C :) The lamp is pink with white polka dots, and it is trimmed in green! Perfect for her room. I brought it home and ran straight to her room to put it on the table and it is PERFECT! Now if we can just find some curtains.

Thoughts on Brynley Sage

Things are still about the same with Brynley. Robyn comes home everynight and says it looks like she grew during the day. I can actually feel her foot now when she kicks in certain spots. We have the glider and table in the nursery, and her bassinet by our bed. We are still looking for curtains and a lamp. Both her bags and my bags are packed and ready for the hospital! Now we are just waiting. I told Robyn last night I was having a contraction. He told me not to say that, it is too early. I told him that you have them for weeks before the baby comes, and we are down to the wire now. There is no more waiting around, this baby will be here before we know it. I still cant imagine what she is going to look like. Robyn thinks she is going to be light skinned like me, but I am still holding out hope for a dark baby. He also thinks she will have straight hair, but we are both unsure if it will be black or brown, or if she will have blue or brown eyes. I just can't wait to see what she looks like. We already know she has my HUGE cheeks, so I am hoping she looks like her daddy, too.

Upcoming CSN Review!

I'm super excited to do a review for CSN Stores! CSN Stores has over 200 different stores to choose from and over 1 million items, including beautiful dining room tables, children's furniture, and cookware! They offer competitive pricing that you can't find on other retail online stores. They also do price matching, and have some of the fastest shipping I have ever seen!

One of my favorite things about CSN is that they have EVERYTHING you want! You can find just about anything you want by just typing in what you are looking for in the search engine. Being pregnant, their are a million things that I always need. I love the fact that I can order what I need, and CSN will let you know before hand how many days it will be before your item ships. Then when your item ships you receive an email letting you know when it will arrive, which is always really quickly!

I can't wait to share my review with everyone! I just wish I would have found out about CSN Stores earlier!

34 Week Ultrasound and Appointment

Today we had an ultrasound to check out sweet baby Brynley Sage! Let me just say this little girl has GROWN. At 30 weeks she weighed 3lbs and 5 oz. Today she weighed 5 lbs and 5oz. She is still head down and seems to be doing very well. She is very low already, I was actually shocked to see how low she actually is. I was also shocked that she was so big that we could barely tell anything about her on the ultrasound machine and pictures. Dr. Woods talked to us today about pediatricians and about the "not so fun" next appointment.

It still has not sank into me that I am about to be a Mommy. I can't wait, but I still don't think it will actually sink in until the day I deliver!

Brynley's Nursery

Well, we finally have Brynley's nursery 95% ready! I LOVE it!! It is so calming and relaxing, just like I wanted! We are just waiting for her wall monogram and her paintings for the wall to come in now. I have also found a few Maya Trend Lab products that I want to order to complete the look. I have seen a cute lamp shade and hamper that match her bedding so well , maybe I will get those soon!
